Do adults and/or siblings need to purchase event tickets?

No. Only the kids participating in the event need to purchase a ticket. Parents and other family members are welcome to attend and watch. Note there will be some parent/guardian participation in the event, such as helping the kids brush the horses and put on helmets, so all participants must have an adult attend the event with them.
